MLS By Design is a listing system from Kansas City Properties LLC

This listing system is built on a simple philosophy. Give people what they want. What we found over the years is most people want to keep as much of their hard-earned equity as possible.

Sellers have long said they have no objections paying a commission to the agent that brings them a qualified buyer. Just ask any for sale by owner if they are willing to pay an agent to bring them a qualified buyer and 9 out of 10 will say YES!

Their problem has been with the listing agent, which in their eyes did little or nothing to facilitate the sale other than 'LIST' the property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

With the Expense Fee based concept, everyone is happy. The Sellers save thousands in real estate commission, the buyer's agent receives the same commission as if the property was listed with a traditional listing system and with this system the seller will only pay a Flat Expense listing Fee to 'LIST' the property in the MLS.

Kansas City Properties LLC wants to help the Home Owners save thousands of dollars. When you list your house under the MLSByDesign system you'll be exposing it to millions of buyers and real estate agents both locally and across the U.S.

Why do we do this?
In real estate, the seller's agent inputs the property on the Multiple Listing Service The buyer's agent assists in finding homes that the buyer may like. Both agents receive a percentage of the selling price of the home. Our vision was to input the house on the MLS listing service and charge Flat Expense Fee. This program makes the Listing Agent commission unnecessary. If you think about it, the buyer's agent is the person who brings the buyers to your home, therefore working the hardest to sell it.
About The Broker
With over 26 years experience in management and over 38 years in sales, Sahran's successful real estate career has spanned three states and a number of areas in the real estate industry. The journey began in Denver, Colorado, where he not only sold residential real estate, but also managed a very successful office. His discipline and commitment is attributed to his determination and convictions that success is not a matter of desire rather a matter of hard work. In his first year he was the #1 agent in his office, the rookie of the year for his respective Board of Realtors and was asked to become a vice president of a major real estate firm and manager of the office he worked at. Sahran also served as the Chairman of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals for the city of Westminister, Colorado. Upon moving to Johnson County, Kansas, Sahran decided that his true enjoyment of the business centered on working individually with clients where he could utilize both his expertise and his client service skills.
